Base fee:
  • Standard Exhibit Space- $480
    Includes registration for 2 company representatives.
    Exhibitors can receive one free Associate Membership.
    (Associations include Wisconsin Apple, Berry, Fresh Market Vegetable, Grape or Wis. Winery Association.)
  • Literature Display is 2.5' x 2.5' on table top. Do not send more than 200 pieces of material. Excess material can be returned to you AT YOUR COST, if you request. Send your literature to Wisconsin Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Conference, 211 Canal Rd, Waterloo, WI 53594 at least ONE week before the show. We will put our your materials and keep it stocked during the show.

Each Exhibit booth is $480.

Exhibit cost includes:

o    8’ D x 10’ W Draped Booth Space with skirted table, 2 chairs & company sign.  (110v Electricity available for additional fee.  Indicate on Registration Form.)

o    Two (2) exhibit representative registrations.  (Includes all conference sessions.) Additional representatives may be added for $75 per person.

o    One Associate Membership for 2023 in a sponsoring Association. (Winery Associate Membership $125 off.)

Kalahari Double Queen Room Rate - $129 plus taxes.  Free parking and wi-fi.  Resort fee is waived.

Can't attend?  A table-top literature display is $120.  Register on-line.
