About Me
Andrew McCrea is a farmer, rancher, nationally syndicated broadcaster, and dynamic speaker whose storytelling and real-life insights inspire audiences nationwide. He has traveled to all 50 states and six continents, interviewing more than 3,000 people—from Hall of Fame athletes and Emmy and Grammy winners to everyday Americans who turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. His daily radio program, The American Countryside, began on a single station in 1996 and is now heard on more than 100 stations and SiriusXM, with a televised version airing weekends on RFD-TV. The program has earned five Oscars for rural and agricultural broadcasting. When he’s not behind the microphone, Andrew is working on his family’s 4,000-acre farm and ranch in northwest Missouri. His firsthand experience in agriculture—combined with interviews ranging from Tokyo boardrooms to rodeo arenas—shapes keynotes that make audiences laugh, think, and take action. He has presented to groups across the country, including arenas of 10,000, and provides training for Fortune 500 companies in communication, leadership, and team building. A dedicated community leader, Andrew volunteers with numerous organizations, serves as a certified lay speaker, and is a past national FFA officer. He is also the author of six award-winning books on life and leadership. Andrew, his wife Paula, and their two children continue to operate their family farm and ranch.
