About Me
Ashley Williams joined Rural Mutual in November of 2023 and has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural insurance industry, with various roles working directly
with insurance agents, sales leadership, internal leadership and farmers. Ashley’s passion for
agriculture started when she was seven years old, helping on the family dairy farm, owned and
operated by her father and uncle, in southern Wisconsin. What started as a small 60 cow dairy farm, milking in a stanchion barn, has grown extensively over the years and currently milks 950cows, three
times a day and has 27 full-time employees. Ashley’s involvement with the farm continues as she does the payroll for the operation. Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree majoring in animal science,
with an agri-business minor at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. She has also obtained her property and casualty insurance license as well as her Agribusiness Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS)
