About Me
Dr. Soon Li Teh is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist at the Department of Horticultural Science at the University of Minnesota. He directs the Grape Breeding & Enology Program, which focuses on breeding interspecific wine and table grapes with improved cold hardiness, fruit quality, and resistance to diseases and pests. He earned his B.Sc. in Agronomy and Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (Go Badgers!) and his Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics from the University of Minnesota.
