Erin is the winemaker and owner of American Wine Project in Mineral Point, WI. She has been making wine since 2008 in Napa, Sonoma and New Zealand, holds a Grad. Dip. in Viticulture and Enology from Lincoln University in New Zealand, and a WSET Level 3 certificate. American Wine Project was launched in 2018 and has been featured in Food & Wine, Wine Enthusiast, and Food52. Recently, Erin was named to Imbibe Magazine's 75 people to watch in 2022.
