About Me

Stephanie Plaster is the Regional Farm Management Educator covering Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, and Washington Counties. She focuses on strategic thinking for the farm business, agricultural entrepreneurship, and business viability. She has worked for the US Dairy Forage Research Center, researched feedlot steer welfare, and studied dairying systems in Mexico. Stephanie also has experience in urban agriculture, commercial aquaponics, and vegetable seed production. She received a Bachelor of Science in International Agriculture and Natural Resources from UW-Madison and a Master of Agriculture in Integrated Resource Management from Colorado State University, where she worked with beef and sheep grazing and feedlot systems.
