Have 17 years wine making experience and spent the last decade working directly with cold climate grape varieties in the vineyards. The last 4 years consulting and training throughout WI and MN, working toward healthy vineyard management practices from pruning to the bottle. Primary goals are focused on healthy plants producing balance within the vineyard, improving quality, maximizing resources, and shifting from short term to long term management.
