About Me
Todd Roessler is Co-owner of Elmaro Vineyard in Trempealeau Wisconsin. Todd built the first mobile bottling business in the Midwest from the ground up and became the region’s foremost wine bottling expert. Todd self-distributed Elmaro Vineyards wines to over 25 locations and now transitioned to 3 distributors between Wisconsin and Minnesota, which led to their wine, Elmaro Rosa, to be the number one selling wine in west central Wisconsin.
Todd added a new challenge to help bring him closer to home. He is now the vineyard manager for Elmaro’s eighteen acres of vines that include Edelweiss, Marquette, St. Pepin, La Crescent, and Verona. Due to labor shortages, Todd’s goal is to mechanicalize as much of the vineyard as possible.
