About Me

Meg received her Bachelor’s in Food Studies from NYU, and has worked for Fondy Food Center (Fondy Farmers Market) helping to start the Milwaukee Farmers Market Coalition. She has also worked for a men’s homeless shelter, Guest House of Milwaukee, operating a community garden growing over 600 pounds of produce used in shelter and donated to food pantries. Currently, Meg works for Extension Milwaukee County with FoodWIse helping to increase healthy food access, primarily through EBT programs at farmers markets. Meg also serves on the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Food Council helping to engage in local food policy.
